Choosing a "soundtrack" (Music Blog)

Today we will be making some choices on the music we want. An aspect that's very important to the film. As of now were trying to make the final decisions of what we want music to portray in this film. It's been a fun process testing out different sounds and songs though it has not been easy. The music we choose has to fully resonate with the vibe we want to create. Since my team and I are working extremely hard to figure things out, collaboration is crucial. In order for my team and I to precisely determine what we want the music to express, experimentation is crucial as well. Honey being the director will be making the final decisions on music. I trust that she will be able to creatively be focused since a well-chosen song can have a huge impact. Every sound we take into consideration has a distinct vitality. Especially when we begin the editing process. The selected tracks will have a significant impact. Each sound under consideration possesses a unique vitality to the film. The music needs to be able to flow with the film. For example, since this will be a horror adjacent film super upbeat music genre would not fit the vibe. On the other hand, a raunchier sound would flow better. The ultimate objective is to establish a symbiotic relationship between narration and music in which both elements enhance and complement one another flawlessly. Our primary goal is to establish a harmonious relationship between the narrative and the music. Both components elevate and complement each other seamlessly.  I also am sure that regardless of what we choose it will work out in the end.
